WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! What a joke this store was. First let's talk about the fact that the "chair" they offered me, the seat part was a piece of cardboard, I KID YOU NOT! It was cardboard taped to the medal frame with packing tape! I'm 8 months pregnant, I was not about to sit in a cardboard chair! I went in to upgrade my iphone 6 to a new iphone 8. Apparently the new iphones 8 & 10 have the outdated iso upgrade on them so since my current phone had a newer iso version the NEW iphone 8's iso had to be upgraded before the phone could be activated. That took an hour and a half "because our internet is super slow here" according to the sales person. Richard (aka Scotty.) Then they only had 1 black case that would fit my new phone so they had to order me one, okay fine they agreed to ship it to me at no cost. Fast forward two weeks later, the case they ordered GOT LOST IN THE MAIL! Okay, stuff happens, its almost Christmas i get it, the mail service is crazy this time of year. Call the store and talk to Richard (aka Scotty) again and they tell me they cannot replace or refund it, because the mail people lost it not them! I ask for a manager and he says they don't have one, and that they couldn't help anyway I need to call corporate or the district manager. Said that the district manager will give me a call after the 1st of the year! This was December 19th!! Icing on the cake was when I got my bill and there was a $15 data overage (Conveniently the day of the overage was the day they took 2hrs to upgrade my new phone, using up my data the whole time) and there was a $40 upgrade fee that I was assured was waved because of my employer discount. Called about the fees and they say we can't do anything about the data but we can call Verizon about the upgrade fee, because that's wrong! I LOVE how they claim to be a Verizon store and can do anything the main store can, until you actually need something done and then suddenly they aren't a true Verizon store. Terrible customer service! After I left, I called cooperate and they were disgusted at the service I received and couldn't stop apologizing! Cooperate is currently trying to resolve the issues. Top if off, Their manager was there the whole time! Never offered to help, heck Scotty even told me they didn't have a manager at that location! Cooperate told me they currently showed Chad, the manager, ON THE CLOCK! What a joke!!
